When participants were uncomfortable recording sounds with me in common spaces, I opted to reproduce their sounds with my own body. Unlike the other two movements which use sounds from the bodies of participants making contact with materials, this movement is only my body.

Sounds were recorded in the small Laundromat (L) by the pool & in the Mailroom (M).

In order of appearance:
L: Machine sound coming from a locked closet
L: Opening & closing door to outside
M: Opening & closing mailbox
M: Hanging clipboard against metal shelf
M: Playing the metal shelf like a harp
L: Opening & closing door to outside (another variation)
L: Change machine & rubbing coins together
M: Opening & closing door to outside
The Ocean as heard from outside
